Location
This villa is located in the Pietermaai neighborhood which is centrally located on a quiet one-way street. This dorm has a secure fence around the house, which you control with a remote. Also, the house is safe and there is a lot of social control.
The house consists of an upper and lower floor. Next to the house are several parking spaces and there are also relaxation areas and a spacious BBQ. In addition, there are bus stops nearby if you do not (yet) have a car. Opposite the house is a so-called minimarket where groceries can be picked up. However, there is a supermarket 3 minutes’ drive away. Furthermore, plenty of cafes, clubs, restaurants and stores are nearby due to its central location.
Rooms
This dorm has two floors with a total of 11 rooms for one or two people. There is a large living room that is on the first floor and a smaller living room on the second floor. There are two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with two times four-burner stove. Also, there are separate toilets and even a urinal. Each room is equipped with a bed, (wardrobe) closet, desk with chair and fan.
WiFi and TV
This student residence has wireless internet , which is free to use by all residents. So Internet and Skype are not a problem.
Service
Twice a week the common areas are cleaned. For a small fee, the maid can also clean the rooms.
Next to the house is a lovely pool for all tenants to use. Nothing like cooling off with a splash with the Curacao temperatures!
Lodges
It is possible within this dorm to have lodgers over. An extra bed is put down for a fee of Naf 25.00 per night (about €10).
