The house is located in the safe Vredenberg neighborhood. There you will also find a bus stop where you can board in both directions. Within 3 minutes you are at the popular beaches (Wet & Wild, Cabana and Mambo). The city center with its cozy restaurants and cafes is also 5 minutes away from the housing. Within walking distance are several bus stops, McDonalds, several supermarkets and local eateries.
The dorm has 3 sections (central section, left lounge, right hill). In addition to the outdoor terrace, you also have a nice lounge area that is completely covered. Outside there is a parking lot that can accommodate 5 cars.
The rooms at Hugenholzweg are between 8 and 12 m2 and are all furnished (bed, closet, desk, chair, curtains, fan). The rooms are rented by default there is no linen provided. If you do want it, it is possible to reserve that for a small fee.
The student house does not have access to a pool, but as the tenant you may use the pools of the student houses on Telamon Street. This location is a 5-minute walk away.
