It is smart to tet your property be valueted  to determine the value so you can communicate a realistic sale price or rental price. If you need financing it is important to have a valuation report to apply for funding.

A valuation or value provision for new or existing homes, land or commercial properties  can be used receivers for financing, purchasing, hiring,  to take out insurance, for tax and / or pension funds.

In the appraisal report, we mention:

market, enforcement and reinstatement
cadastral map
color photos
Dimensions per item
condition
description of the environment
In addition, we can:

specific technical description of building materials
report about termites / white ants

 

Our Rates:

 

Appraisal:

2 ‰ of the highest value, with a minimum of ANG. 500 =

(Excl. OB and costs of inspection in the Land Registry).

 

Valuation:

1 ‰ of the highest value, with a minimum of ANG. 500 =

(Excl. OB and costs of inspection in the Land Registry).

Imputed report:

10% of rental value, with a minimum of ANG. 350 =

 

Extensive appraisal:

2.5 ‰ of the highest value, with a minimum of ANG. 750, =

(Excl. OB and costs of inspection in the Land Registry).

All rates include 6% sales tax.
