What does a selling agent do?
A selling agent acts as an intermediary in the sale of a house, apartment, plot or commercial property and advises the seller. You are not obliged to hire an agent. However, an agent understands the market, advises on a realistic asking price, negotiates without emotional involvement and knows which documents the notary needs.
