Location
Student House Villa Jongbloed is a spacious and cozy house located in the quiet and safe villa district of Jongbloed. This neighborhood is centrally located and within a 10-minute drive you can be in Punda (Willemstad) or lounging on Mambo Beach.
Right around the corner from the villa is within walking distance of everything you need, such as the supermarket , a bus stop, a gas station, a laundry, a bank and several catering establishments such as the Spaghettifactory, RibsExpress and the Dutch Fries, KFC and Subway. The student residence is near the famous cafe De Tropen, where, as an intern, you can eat a full evening snack for as little as 12 guilders (5 euros).
Villa Jongbloed is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with the showpiece being a beautiful palapa (a round arbor covered by dried palm leaves), under which you can read a book or have dinner together, protected from the sun. So there is more than enough living space.
As is customary in Curaçao, for safety, all the windows of the house are fitted with railings. You can park your car on the grounds.
Rooms
This dorm has 7 rooms, including 2 doubles, all of different sizes. The areas are between 8 and 15m2. Each room comes standard with bed, chair, closet, fan and safe. There are 2 covered porches. The house also has a spacious cozy living room, a total of 3 bathrooms and in the well-equipped kitchen there are a four-burner stove, an oven and 2 refrigerators.
WiFi and TV
The house has WiFi internet that everyone in the house can use. There is a good Internet connection, so of course you can Skype with the home front.
Service
When you arrive, your bed is already made. Weekly, the common areas are cleaned by the cleaning lady. A bath towel can also be provided upon request. It uses the handy Pagatinu System, which lets you keep track of your own power consumption. Through top-up cards, which you can obtain at walking distance, make sure there are enough Kwh on the meter. There is also a folder ready with useful information and tips about Curaçao.
Lodges
In this dorm it is allowed to have lodgers over. The cost for this is €12.50 per night and arrival must be indicated at least one week in advance.

Bedrooms come in different sizes, so they also come in different price ranges. If you stay in a double room as a couple, you will naturally be the cheapest.
