De prijzen voor de kamers zijn ANG 1.250,- per maand  (De huurprijs is exclusief electra en aircokosten, inclusief water, internet, en wekelijkse schoonmaak van de algemene ruimtes.)

Het complex is afgelopen 1 oktober nieuw opgeleverd.
