The rooms were recently renovated and are very nicely finished.

Currently there are 3 rooms ready for rent. This may be expanded in the future.

The common areas consist of a living room/kitchen with refrigerator, kitchenette with sink, and gas stove. There is also a bathroom with separate toilets.

The common areas are cleaned once a week.

The outdoor courtyard has ample parking and is enclosed by a fence.

The entire area is secured with cameras.
