You are incredibly centrally located here between Punda (the city) and the popular beaches Mambo, Wet&Wild, Cabana etc. There is also a supermarket, bakery, ATM, several eateries and a bus stop within walking distance.
The two houses are almost identical and all rooms are located on the first floor. There are 2 single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 open kitchen, 1 spacious living room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet per apartment. Outside is a large terrace with a fine garden. There is secure hardware around the doors and windows and even safe.
Rooms
The house at 51 has 3 bedrooms; 2 small ones and 1 larger one. The house at 53 has 4 bedrooms; 2 small ones and 2 larger ones. The small rooms are approx. 10 m2 and the larger 14 m2. Both homes have shared kitchen, living room and shower.
Internet/TV
Both homes have wireless Internet and there is a TV, but most residents watch TV via laptop since the WiFi is strong enough.
Service
You must bring your own bedding and towels; there is no washing machine, but laundry facilities are nearby. It is possible to be picked up from Hato by the manager for a small fee. Please do let us know in time.
Lodges
It is permitted within this dorm to have lodgers over. These pay €12 per person per night.
