Jan Thiel Beach is within walking distance and Caracas Bay is within 2-3 minutes by car. Punda is 15 car minutes away

This modern built villa was built several years ago on a very large plot at Vista Royal. The plot is over 2000 m2. This villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is spacious and fully equipped.

The living room has sliding doors on three sides so that inside becomes outside. There are horizontal blinds on the inside and eletric blinds on the outside.
