Its location on the Spanish Water brings a wonderful breeze. Many amenities can be found nearby in the form of restaurants, mini malls and gas stations. Famous beaches such as Caracas Bay and Jan Thiel Beach with all its amenities are less than a 10-minute drive away. Mambo Boulevard is also about a 10-minute drive away. The center of Willemstad is about a 15-minute drive away.

Jan Sofat

Jan Sofat is a gated resort located on Spanish Water. There is 24/7 security at the gate and also 24/7 patrol through the neighborhood. Traditionally, Jan Sofat has been a luxury resort. The resort also has its own marina.

The Bungalow

The bungalow has a spacious living room and open kitchen. By opening the French doors in their entirety, you create a wonderful large space. On the veranda there is a large table with comfortable chairs. The property includes 2 sunbeds that you can use in the garden or on the beach.

The bungalow has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning and fans. The living room has a TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and land line you can use.

There is a communal pool with outdoor shower and two private beaches, these are only in use by the guests staying at complex itself. It is also possible to dock a boat at the pier. On the beach you can enjoy a barbecue, with your feet in the sand by the Spanish water.
