Aan de nabijgelegen Jan Noordduynweg vind je de Universiteit van de Nederlandse Antillen (UNA) en verschillende winkels. Je bent vanuit Blue Bay enkele minuten van de Weg naar Westpunt voor de mooiste stranden op Curacao. Het centrum van Willemstad is circa 10 minuten rijden.

De villa heeft een overdekte porch aan de voorzijde. Hier bevindt zich teven de entree. De entree geeft toegang tot een open hal. De hal geeft toegang tot een boiler room  met wasmachine aansluiting. De  open hal is verbonden met een sfeervolle ruime woonkamer met hoog plafond. De woonkamer is voorzien van airco. Door middel van schuifdeuren is de woonkamer verbonden met een enorme overdekte porch aan de achterzijde van de woning. Hier is tevens een ruim zwembad te vinden. De achtertuin is gelegen aan de golfbaan dit brengt een heerlijk vrij uitzicht met zich mee.
