With supermarkets, restaurants, gym, doctors, Botica’s and even a pump station all within a few minute drive, it is ideal to live here. The resort is secured with a main gate that is only accessible with a remote control assigned to the residents. After the gate opens you enter a cul-de-sac, surrounded by beautiful houses, a communal pool and friendly neighbors. Drive a little further and you get to the house. It has its own gate to enter and you can park 2-3 cars in the garden. When you enter the house, you will immediately see a sofa with a coffee table facing a flat screen TV. You will also find a kitchen, with a view to the covered sitting area on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with all the inventory you would need such as, kitchen stove, oven, dishes, pans etc and even an airfryer. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which the master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other bathroom is accessible from every other room of the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, fans and size beds with pillows and blankets. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV mounted in front of the bed. In the backyard, you have a covered laundry room with hanging racks in the backyard. There is also a separate covered area with table and chairs for relaxing in the breeze.
