Location

This villa is located in the Pietermaai district which is centrally located on a quiet one-way street. This dorm has a secure fence around the house, which you operate with a remote. Also, the house is safe and there is a lot of social control.

The house consists of an upper and lower floor. In addition to the house, there are several parking spaces and there are also relaxation rooms and a spacious BBQ. In addition, there are bus stops nearby, if you do not (yet) have a car. Opposite the house is a so-called minimarket where groceries can be obtained. However there is a supermarket 3 minutes drive away. There are also plenty of cafes, clubs, restaurants and shops nearby due to its central location.

Rooms

This dorm has two floors with a total of eleven rooms for one or two people. There is a large living area which is on the ground floor and a smaller living room on the first floor. There are two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with two four-pit cooker. There are also separate toilets and even a urinal. Each room is equipped with a bed, (clothing) closet, desk with chair and fan.

WiFi and TV

This student residence has wireless internet, which is free to use by all residents. Internet browsing and Skype is not a problem.

Service

Twice a week the common areas are cleaned. For a small fee, the cleaning lady can also clean the rooms.

Next to the house is a lovely pool that all tenants can use. Nothing is as tasty as with the Curacao temperatures cool with a splash!

Lodges

It is possible to have lodgers in this dorm. An extra bed is put up for a fee of Naf 25.00 per evening (about € 10).
