Real estate transactions for which the purchase price is agreed in EURO’s Purchase price in EUR, costs in ANG Property transaction fees should be paid in ANG. Deze koers is vrijwel altijd anders dan de koers welke is gebruikt bij het opstellen van de voorlopige nota van afrekening, waardoor er een verschil in kosten ontstond op het moment van passeren. Hierdoor kwam het geregeld voor dat de notaris op de afgesproken dag niet konden passeren omdat er te weinig geld was overgemaakt om alle kosten te dekken. Cliënt wist immers nooit van tevoren hoeveel de kosten op de dag van passeren zouden bedragen. Om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen heeft de notaris voor EUR-transacties onderstaand beleid vastgesteld. Opties Cliënten die betrokken zijn bij EUR-transacties hebben twee opties: Optie 1 – voor de berekening van de kosten in ANG wordt vastgehouden aan de koers op de dag van ondertekening van de koopovereenkomst d.m.v. een addendum; OF Optie 2 – voor de berekening van de kosten in ANG wordt de koers van de
