The resort is beautifully landscaped and with 24-hour surveillance at the gate. You will find several facilities such as; a golf course, a tennis court, a beautiful beach and a restaurant. In the immediate vicinity you will find several amenities in the form of; Center Supermarket, Kokomo Beach, The Schroeder School and The Vespucci College. On nearby Jan Noordduynweg you will find the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA) and several stores. You are from Blue Bay very easily on the Road to Westpunt for the beautiful beaches of Curacao. Everything you need can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor. The stairs on the side of the complex give access to the entrance. From here one reaches the hall. Off the hall is the storage room where the washing machine connection and water heater can be found. Furthermore, a guest toilet can be found in the hall.

The living room is spacious and connected by harmonica doors to a spacious covered porch. Here is a unique view of the sea! Furthermore, the living room has a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, electric stove, built-in oven, hood, dishwasher and a refrigerator-freezer.

The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the apartment. This room is connected to the porch through sliding doors. This also brings a beautiful view. The master is air-conditioned. Furthermore, this room has a walk-inn closet and an en-suite bathroom. This en-suite is furnished with a shower, toilet and a double sink.
