LTD. that is specialized in trade and investment of energy and natural resources commodities in close relation to the national economy and civil life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prime Minister Dr. Bernhard Whiteman signed on behalf of Cura\u00e7ao and Binyan Chen, President Guandong Zhenrong Energy, signed on behalf of the company.
