What can a broker mean for you?
\n<\/span>\u2022 conducting expert negotiations to minimize selling prices;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Is a conversation partner who represents your interests only;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Guided by the views of the houses;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Informs about the legal and architectural advantages and disadvantages of a specific property;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Advise whether an architectural inspection is necessary;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Your broker takes note of dissolving terms, special clauses and penalties and advises you accordingly;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Checks the notarial deed of delivery and the notary’s settlement;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Inspects the property for transfer to the notary and can record the meter positions;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Has knowledge of the housing market and local regulations;
\n<\/span>\u2022 Has a network that can be enabled. <\/span>For example, if you need a reliable valuer, notary or mortgage advisory<\/span><\/p>\n

You can outsource the entire purchase plan or subdivide. <\/span>For the entire service a 2% fee of the property’s purchase price will be charged. <\/span>This amount is exclusive of 6% sales tax and any reports, notary fees, transfer tax. <\/span>Most real estate agents in Curacao charge a fee of 4% of the purchase price.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: A broker can be one time broker and another broker. <\/span>And, therefore, has a lot of understanding both from purchase and sale. <\/span>However, a broker may never act at the same time for the seller and buyer in one and the same immovable property.<\/span><\/p>\n
