This generous penthouse has everything a penthouse can offer. A staircase on the side of the building opens into an entrance that provides access to a spacious and bright living room, and, via a glass harmonica sliding door, a generous covered living space. Due to the almost ever-present trade wind, it is wonderful to stay here.

At the back of the living room you will find a luxurious semi-open kitchen with a side by side cooling-freeze combination, combi microwave/oven and dishwasher.

The full master suite offers a generous bedroom, a large walk-in closet and a beautiful en suite bathroom with a wall of glass building blocks. The guest bedroom on this floor has its own bathroom for the necessary privacy. The second guest bedroom is located on the second floor and is accessible via a staircase in the living room. This bedroom also has its own bathroom. Furthermore, on this second floor there is a void with a large window, excellent for study or lounge space.

In the hall you will find a separate storage closet with space for a washer/dryer and a guest toilet.
